Coastal Georgia’s economy is vitally dependent on a healthy, productive, and attractive natural environment – at least $2 billion a year is generated by eco-based businesses, supporting some 40,000 jobs. Yet key development decisions are often made without sufficient information about, and understanding of, their consequences for our shared environment – marshes, waterways, wildlife, and shorelines.
